Avantika works extensively with early career professionals and children​ to develop an understanding of creative movement and deepen critical thinking around process based choreographic work. She is helping create spaces that aid discourse and conversations around dance.

She has been invited as guest faculty at schools, universities and private institutes such as Ambedkar University, ICMD, FSPA,  Duende School, SEA etc.
